With nearly a decade of experience in the TV industry, Phoebe brings both the creative vision and practical know-how to turn ambitious ideas into reality. She has built strong relationships with major clients like MARS, even persuading the global brand to allow filming of contestants creating and pitching their own chocolate bars to senior executives.

Phoebe is experienced in setting up and organising shoots for each episode, including securing location access, managing expert time, and developing challenges. She has also demonstrated her ability to step beyond her role when needed, for example, when resources were limited, she single-handedly developed, organised, set up, and monitored a large-scale shoot in Wales involving 80 crew members, Gordon Ramsay, and 11 contenders. Her leadership on this demanding production earned her a commendation from the Executive Producer.
